About Our Courses

• Course content: Courses either use curricula well established by specialist buddies such as Oxford University, Cambridge University, and the UNISCO; or they are written by our own practising, chartered trainers. In both situations, they bring years of specialist expertise and the latest professional developments straight to the training room.
  
  
• Needs and learning styles analysis: Trainees are subjected to needs analysis and learning styles analysis. Findings direct course plans for the optimal benefit of each individual trainee.
  
  
• Teaching style: Tutors use pair-work and group-work techniques and encourage discussions and questions to stimulate thinking and creativity. Learning takes place in an environment that is balanced between fun and friendliness on one hand and diligence and hard work on the other.
  
  
• Videos: Videos and animations are used to show the real-life application of knowledge and skills being trained.
  
  
• Interactive CDs/DVDs: Many of our courses are supplemented by interactive CDs and DVDs that allow trainees to practice and master new skills.
  
  
• Course handouts and textbooks: course notes and textbooks provide comprehensive study packs during the course as well as useful reference material when in a future job.
